What we need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Program Manager, Implementation Standards within our Implementations Division. This position falls under our Corpayline of business and is located inBrentwood, TN. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and key internal stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence. This role owns the program that audits existing processes and proactively recommends best practices. In areas where no process exists, this team member will advocate for new practices to improve the efficiency of the implementations and vendor enrollment teams. Additionally - this role will be responsible for building and maintaining best in industry process documentation, as well as training team members on both the recommended practices and documentation. Facilitating scalable change will be critical to success in this role.

You have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and deal with the stresses and tensions of a high-profile area. You understand how to work directly with a large number of cross functional stakeholders and can drive teams with differing perspectives in a unifying direction. You enjoy change management - inclusive of establishing measures to determine impact of marginal adjustments in process and approach. You will report directly to Manager, Implementations Standardsand regularly collaborate with Senior Leadership.

As a Program Manager, Implementation Standards you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing, deploying and maintaining best practice methods
  • Establish clear internal process, documents, reporting, and ceremonies to facilitate adoption and overall utilization of best practices
  • Communicate current state and progress of program best practices and continuous process improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with leadership to stay ahead of operational trends and manage exceptions
  • Think systematically in putting in place processes that can scale and sustain a large cross-functional organization
  • Draw insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize summaries and make recommendations
  • Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the executive team and to external stakeholders
  • Assesses training needs and conducts training with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the job
  • 7+years of experience in a professional work environment
  • 5+ year of experience with implementations, client support, or customer-interfacing roles
  • Demonstrated experience with process auditing and process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills and attention to details
  • Strategic thinker and ability to understand various client's businesses, technology and financials
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual presentations and effectively facilitate meetings
  • Keep informed of new enhancements to the system
  • Familiarity with project management software, tools and techniques
  • Accounting knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of payment processing industry preferred
