Hand & Upper Extremity Specialists
As surgical techniques in the upper extremity have become more refined and complex, specialized training has become more important to the outcomes of a patient’s recovery. Each of the specialists in the Hand and Upper Extremity Institute at TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine has completed an additional year of fellowship training in upper extremity surgery beyond medical school and five to seven years of residency training.
In addition, TSAOGOrthopaedics & Spinetakes a Total Care approach to treatment, which incorporates diagnostic imaging, casting and bracing, a dedicated outpatient orthopaedic surgery center, and certified hand therapists. Our hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder specialists work in concert with these departments to ensure the best possible outcome for your treatment plan.
